What is the Founder’s Plan?
BOTH Pro plans are Founder’s rates locked in FOREVER for the first 1,000 users. Pro 6-Month at
$8/month (billed $48 every 6 months) and Pro Monthly at $12/month – both rates will never increase.

When does the Founder’s Plan end?
The Founder’s Plan pricing is limited to the first 1,000 paid users total across both Pro Monthly
($12/month) and Pro 6-Month ($8/month). Once we hit 1,000 Founder’s Plan members combined, new
signups will pay regular pricing of $30/month for Pro Monthly and $20/month for Pro 6-Month ($120

What AI models are included?
Free plan includes lite-tier models: GPT-5-mini, Claude Haiku, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. Pro plans
unlock the most advanced models: GPT-5-thinking, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and Gemini 3 Pro, plus access to
reasoning and deep research functionality for complex tasks.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading from Free to Pro Monthly,
you’ll be billed immediately. When upgrading to Pro 6-Month, you’ll pay the 6-month amount upfront.
If you switch from Pro Monthly to Pro 6-Month, you’ll be prorated for your remaining time.
What happens when I hit my daily limit?
Once you reach your daily query limit, you’ll need to wait until the next day (resets at midnight
UTC) or upgrade to a Pro plan for higher limits. Pro plans offer 500 queries per day, subject to a
monthly limit of 5,000 queries total. Note that pro and reasoning level queries count as 10 queries
each, and deep research queries count as 50 queries each.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plans. If you’re not satisfied, contact support
within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
How does the synthesis feature work?
TrippleAgent queries all three AI models simultaneously (OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini) and displays
their responses side-by-side. You can then synthesize the responses to get a comprehensive answer
that combines the strengths of each model.
